Carolyn Roache

Carolyn Ann Roache, 76, passed away on April 8, 2018 in Portland, TX. Carolyn was born on March 07, 1942 in Wauwatosa, WI.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Roache and her parents, Erwin and Edna Piotter.

She is survived by her soulmate, Chester Frautschi of Aransas Pass, TX; two sons, Roger (Dallys) Thorson and Boyd Thorson; daughter, Diane (Patrick) Rensch; three sisters, Shirley (Al) Bradway, JoAnn (Tom) Beck and Glennace (Don) Rocker; seven grandchildren, Ingrid (Ben) Wheeler, Katrina (Aitor) Simpson, Michelle Thorson, Michael (Sasha) Rensch, Radhika Rensch, Riana Rensch and Molly Rensch; six great-grandchildren, Kingston, Edith, Harper Thorson and Lilly, Eve, and Hazel Rensch.

She is also survived by her furry child, Cecilia, aka Cece, her beloved Dachshund of 17 years.

Carolyn was a great and wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and overall an amazing woman. She spent the last 9 years of her life with her soulmate, Chester, in Aransas Pass, TX, creating unforgettable memories, for which her children and family are grateful for.

She will be greatly missed but will forever live in the hearts of each and every person that knew her;

Services were held at the A.A. Club in Aransas Pass on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

A Celebration of Life will take place in South Dakota in June, 2018.
