Braulia M. Solis, 80, went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2019. Braulia was born on March 26, 1939 to parents Ygnacio and Rosa Martinez, Jr. in Ingleside, Texas.

Braulia is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Solis.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ramon Soto (Carmen) of Austin, Texas and Johnny Soto (Vickie) of Tennessee; sisters, Ofilia Martinez, Esther Talley of Ingleside, Texas, Angie Garza and Gracie Martinez of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Braulia had a strong faith in God and a love for her family. She was a strong single parent who worked hard to provide for her family and good friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed .

Viewing will begin at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2019 with the reciting of the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. Christian Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2019 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church located 342 S. Rife St. in Aransas Pass. Interment will follow at the Gregory Cemetery.
