Brandi Winger

Brandi Lee Winger age 41, of Rockport, TX passed suddenly Tuesday, May 16, 2023. She was born July 18, 1981, in Anchorage, Alaska before her family moved to Garland, TX, where she attended school. Brandi loved her dogs and the beach. Her favorite place was Cobano Bay, her “chill spot”. She is preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Mitchell Winger; her grandmother (Mimi), Yvonne Mitchell and her uncle, Jerry Mitchell. She is survived by her sisters, Kori Winger and Jodi (Dustin) Spears; grandfather, Roy Mitchell; nieces, Kayli Winger, Kaveri Mitchell, Logan and Blake Spears; nephew, Dillon Winger; aunts, Terri Mitchell and Janica (David) Brink; and special friend, Larry Alvarado. A private memorial service and ash scattering will be held by her family in July. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please donate to The Humane Society & Adoption Center of Rockport-Fulton.
