April 26, 1942 - December 10, 2024 

Betty Haley 82 of Amanda, Ohio 

Passed away December 10, 2024 in her home in Portland Tx, After a horrible battle of pancreatic cancer. 

She is survived by her son Brett Miller, and her 2 daughters Terri Peters and Kelly Criddle. She is also survived by 3 grand children & 3 great grandchildren. 

Betty loved to sew, craft, bake, sing, & line dance. she loved to sew her grandchildren & great grandchildren beautiful clothes & quilts. Betty's most favorite holiday was Christmas, her favorite Christmas tradition was decorating her house from top to bottom, with red birds pine cones Christmas trees & snowmen, baking pies and sour dough Christmas cookies with her grandchildren that tradition later got passed down to her great grandchildren who she loved so dearly. One of Betty's most favorite things to craft were Christmas trees & wreaths. 

Betty loved her mother, brothers and sister, husband, children, grandchildren & great grand children with all her heart! She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

Dear Heavenly Father,

We are gathered here today to say Goodbye to our dear departed Betty Haley and to celebrate the life she lived here on earth.

We also celebrate Betty's entrance into your Holy Kingdom, and her reunion with your angels, her family & friends that have gone before her. 

God, as we all mourn the loss of our loved one, Betty, we ask you to cover her family here today with your wings of love. Give them the courage so that they can stand before us and share the fond memories they have of their beloved. Father, please be with those whom she loved here on earth. you are their strength and strong tower As it states in Proverbs 18:10. We know that you love them so much and that you will take care of their needs. Lord, fill the gap that has been left in their hearts today, comfort them and give them your peace. Lord give them the courage to face each day without her.
