Belle Pantle

Belle Pantle,86, resident of Rockport, Tx for the past 25+ years passed away on August 14, 2019. Born on June 26, 1933 in Tottenville on Staten Island, New York, she attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and served in the Air Force during the Korean War.

Those that knew Belle, knew she was kind, giving, thoughtful, hardheaded, outspoken (good and bad J), sharp as tack and followed through with everything she started no matter what the obstacle may have been..  In spite on her own health issues she never complained and was more than happy to lend a hand – drive friends to doctor’s appointment ,dialysis appointments  ( she drove a friend of ours that she did not even know , but when asked her she always said sure what time and off she putted away in her car).   That was our MOM!

Belle was predeceased by her husband, Donald C Pantle, her father Harold C. Seguine, her mother Elizabeth W Aug and her beloved sister and best friend Elizabeth Overfield. She is survived by her three daughters Lizbeth Sweney (John Sweney) Deborah Wade and Cynthia Spangler (Tommy Spangler). Her husband Don’s three children which she was mother to for more than 40 years, Pamela Murphey (James Murphey) Tom Pantle (Susan Pantle) and Denis Pantle ( Andrea Pantle) and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched!

There will not be a service in Rockport. Belle will rest eternally with her husband Donald C. Pantle at the Annapolis Columbarium.
