Barbara Ann Williams,76, passed away on September 3, 2023, in Rockport, Texas. Barbara was born on April 7, 1947, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to parents, Berry and Grace Kelly.  

Barbara was married for 59 years to her husband, Joseph Williams Sr. they exchanged vows on October 10, 1964.  

Barbara is preceded in death by parents; brother, Berry Kelly, Jr.; sisters, Carol and Augustine; daughter, Juanita Phoenix. 

 Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Joseph Williams Sr.; children, Joseph Williams Jr., Telina Hill, Howard Williams, and Coralette Williams; grandchildren, Green Hill Jr., Kiki Hill, Cinnamon Jones, Kiera Hill, Jannayah Oliverez, Joshuah Olivarez, and Joseph Williams III; sister, Brenda Kelly.
