Audrey Munson Kane



Audrey Munson Kane, 90, passed away on May 25, 2018. She was born on April 4, 1928.

Mrs. Kane was a journalist who was employed by the Hartford Courant and the New Haven Register in Connecticut.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Howard J. Kane Jr. and one son, Stephen Kane.

She is survived by her children; Howard (Cindy) Kane of Westbrook, CT., Stephanie (Neal) Smith of Rockport, TX., Marilyn (Mark) Breton of North Fort Myers, FL., and John (Anne) Kane of Newmarket, NH.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Rockport, TX.

Burial will take place at a later date at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes and Crematory.
