Antonio Sanchez

This is about a man named Antonio M. Sanchez. He was born August 16, 1943. He died August 31, 2019.

He was known by many names, Tony for people who knew him personally & professionally at Gulf King for 25 years. Daddy to his children who are missing him so much. Papa to every grandchild and great-grandchild. Mr. Tony was what he was called when he worked at A.P.I.S.D. for 25 years.

He was a very hard-working man. He would help anyone if he could. He was the president of San Antonio De Padua cemetery, volunteering his time for 20 years.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Augrelia M. Benavidez, his wife of 56 years, Amelia T. Sanchez, numerous brothers and sisters, his children, Antonio (Lilia) Sanchez Jr.; Maria (James) Hernandez; Tammie (Charlie) Vallejo and Michael (April) Sanchez. Tony had 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Antonio wouldn’t make no bones, he told you what he thought and that was that.

Even though you are gone you will always be with us, in our hearts and minds. Rest now Daddy till we see each other again.
