James W. (Tip) Tipton Jr., 79, formerly of Rockport passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020. He was born in Versailles, KY, served in the Navy, worked with IBM for 31 years, and sold real estate in the Coastal Bend for 12 years. He was a loving husband and father.

Tip is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Stephen and daughter in law Adrianne; one sister and several nieces and nephews.
