Ben David Rutledge,60, went to be with the Lord on January 16,2020. Ben was born on January 10, 1960 to parents Lynn and Goldie Rutledge in Houston, Texas.

Ben is preceded in death by parents, Lynn and Goldie Rutledge; sister, Janet Palmer; brother, James Rutledge; nephew, Glen Rutledge; aunt, Margaret Rutledge.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kristie Rutledge; son, Mike Parker (Cameron); daughters, Isabella Rutledge, Courtney Parker (Kai), and Kate Travis (Thomas); grandchildren, Karen, Thomas, John, Maximilian, Joseph, William, and Travis.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located at 814 E. Main St. in Rockport, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 704 E. Cornwall St. in Rockport, Texas. Interment will follow at the Rockport Cemetery.
