My dear sweet, giant of a heart for his family, friends and most of all for the Lord. We had lunch three weeks ago, Armando mentioned if he had to go he wanted to go quick, with that smirk of a smile. I of course dismissed it ,how often do we do this? I am very fortunate to have been one of his friends he said goodbye on the path to see his daughters and his beautiful grandchildren he was so eager to spend time with. The last thing he said to me is, Life is to short not to spend it with your children and that is what i am going to do. Yes! you did my beautiful friend.

Armando Garcia is the kind man that everyone would like to have for a neighbor. He kept mostly to himself, until problems arrived, and then he would be the first one their, ready to help who ever needed it.Armando and Maria lost most everything in "Hurricane Harvey", but that didn't stop him , he dug in his heels and started to rebuild immediately. Being the man that Armando is, he didn't want help for himself. The area was cleaned, and up went the barn and carport. The beginning of a new home was started.Armando will never live in this home, for he now lives in Heaven. We all suffered a great loss here on earth, but it is Heaven's gain, and will be that much better because of Mr. Armando Garcia. Kathleen & David McKenzie
