I offer my sincere condolences to Mrs. Brenda Riley's family. This time of tragedy can be hard to deal with but the Bible gives a practical suggestion on how to cope with the pain. At Proverbs 12: 25 it says "Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down,But a good word cheers it up." Only by sharing your feelings with others can you receive the “good word” of encouragement. Doing so will also help you to realize that you are not going through your ordeal alone. So if you are feeling distressed, try opening up to someone who knew Brenda well so you both can share precious memories of her.
